WHO NEEDS AN APPRAISAL?

Equipment appraisals are needed to request a business loan or line of credit, if you plan on buying or selling a business, dissolving a marriage or partnership or filing for bankruptcy.

Lenders need to know the value of the equipment for a SBA loan, buy/sell agreement, or increase in a line of credit. The collateral has value. Attorneys and courts need to know the value of the equipment for divorces, partnership dissolutions, and bankruptcies. Plus … there are over 16 other business reasons why equipment is required to be valued.
